As chain director, we have a great deal of contact with our pig farmers, so we know the origin of our products. We formulate agreements with all links in the chain and constantly check the quality and processes. We also monitor the health and welfare of our pigs and make sure that production is completely transparent and uniform.

PALI Group has frequent personal contact with the pig farmers we work with. We therefore know what we are buying and from whom. PALI Group devotes a great deal of care and attention to purchasing piglets and pigs so that we can always guarantee their quality.

We have our own professional pig slaughterhouse where we can process up to 15,000 pigs a week. All the pork products we supply come from sows that have been slaughtered in a respectful manner.
At PALI Meat in Oss, we go a step further in our process to offer more options to other customer segments. For example, we provide further deboning activities, produce specific cuts, and deliver customer-specific meat parts. Custom-work is a key focus for us.
Besides bone-in and boneless pork, at PALI Meat we also offer the option of customer-specific processing and products made to order. We do this in our deboning hall in Oss. This might include salting, traditional smoking and packaging of bacon or the customer-specific delivery of meat parts.
We use Vrieskade, PALI Group’s own cold store, to freeze our pork products. Our cold store has a 45,000 m2 storage capacity, where pork can be frozen in various ways. This provides all the space we need to freeze and store your pork products correctly.
PALI Meat’s carriers have a dense distribution network. This means we can always deliver your pork products to the right place at the right time, but without ever losing sight of the importance of food safety, sustainability, and the environment.
We supply bone-in, boneless, and custom pork from our own slaughterhouse and deboning hall. PALI Meat sells to the meat processing industry as well as to wholesalers. We offer a wide range of pork products. If desired, we can focus our offer on your specific wishes.
