Specialist abattoir

We have our own abattoir in Geldrop, which specialises in the slaughter of pigs. This facility operates five days a week, processing up to 15,000 pigs each week in accordance with animal welfare and hygiene regulations. Meat from the abattoir is delivered six days a week.

Fresh from our own cutting plant

The abattoir also houses our cutting plant, where we process the animals into boneless pork within a day of slaughter. Our team ensures that products are freshly prepared according to the customer’s specifications.

Quality and assurance

We continuously monitor our quality. Our abattoir operates in compliance with the stringent rules of all quality marks and ensures strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Our production sites comply with European and national legislation, and our slaughtering process is carried out under the constant supervision of the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority). We are also BRC and IFS certified. All of this is your assurance that you are buying the best quality.
